JASON EHRLICH

Jason is a business professional and real estate entrepreneur. He holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has over a decade of professional experience and has invested in multifamily assets for years. His multifamily portfolio currently includes 650 units for which is a General Partner and over 1,600 units in total. Jason has extensive financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, asset management, project management, and operations experience, and has partnered with a number of proven multifamily operators to successfully acquire and operate assets. He also has a proven track record of overseeing complex and time-sensitive projects, handling budgets and financial statements, effectively managing teams, and creating value for his partners and clients. Jason lives in Atlanta, is happily married, and enjoys playing golf and racquetball.

AKASH GAUR

Akash is a 15-year veteran of the Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industries. He holds an MBA in Real Estate from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and currently leads the design, construction, and development division for a large RE Investment Firm. He has previously been responsible for overseeing renovations and repositioning of large multifamily assets at Cortland Partners. He is highly skilled in conducting physical due diligence, identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities, scoping renovations, managing contractors, and interfacing with government agencies. Akash brings a thorough understanding of real estate investing from the perspective of owners, operators, and investors alike, as well in-depth experience in the working process of due diligence and renovation. Akash is also a licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional.

DANIEL WOODFORD

Daniel Woodford is a seasoned multifamily investor and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Mission Bay Capital Partners, a real estate investment organization that invests in Multi-family real estate throughout the United States, and he also partners with Blue Sun Investment Group as a senior advisor and sponsor. Daniel started his real estate career in 2009 and has extensive experience in property valuation, acquisitions, and operations, and is known throughout the investment community for providing exceptional value to investors. Prior to his real estate career, Daniel retired as a 20-year veteran in the U.S Air Force. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University.

KYLE NEFF

Kyle is an investor, entrepreneur, and Managing Partner of Blue Sun Investment Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Professional Sales from Ohio University and has over a decade of professional experience. Kyle has extensive sales, business development, and contract negotiation experience at the enterprise level. He has managed large teams and delivered exemplary top and bottom line results. Kyle’s real estate portfolio currently includes multiple single family and small multifamily investments. Kyle has a proven track record of overseeing complex projects, handling forecasting and contract negotiation, and identifying projects with outsized profit potential.
